Q. I am going to need to get an MRI scan of my brain next wek but wanted to know if dental implants are in any way magnetic and if there is the chance there will be a problem? Thanks in advance.
A. hi many thanks for your enquiry, the dental implants are metal, as long as you inform your doctor that you have them before the scan there will be no problems.
