Are dental implants screwed into bone?

Q. Are dental implants screwed into the jawline or are they cemented in with the special dental cement, or even a bit of both? Does this depend on the type of dental implant that is being used?
A. most implants are screw form and are a slightly larger in diameter than the hole they are screwed into. none that i know of are cemented. some are tapped in using the same principle of using a slightly larger diameter implant than the hole they are tapped into
