Q. Are people who smoke able to get implants or will this just make the whole process and money spent a waste?
A. Smoking will increase the risk of failure of implants in certain cases. However, if you have good bone and look after the implants they will still have a very high success rate. Obviously, if possible, try to stop smoking.
