my dental implants have failed unfortunately i had a full set placed in my upper mouth. I\’m experiencing a lot of pain now and im worried my gums are infected, they\’re bleeding and very painful is this normal if the implants fail? i\’m due to see my dentist, just wondering what you thought?,

Do you offer zygomatic implants?

Dear Dr Moore, My wife has been advised that zygoma implants for the upper teeth are advisable owing to progrssive bone loss in the jaw. She matains rigorous gum hygiene but most of her teeth are also replaced by bridgework which are being undermined because of the bone loss. We would like to know if you do offer zygoma implants and if so, some idea of the cost of treatment. We work in Spain but would expect to come over for treatment. Is it okay to leave tooth gap or should I get an implant?

Due to an infection within a root canal /crowned lower molar tooth my dentist has proposed extraction, bone graft and implant. I am planning to go ahead with extraction and graft due to the risk of infection spreading, but unsure yet of implant. May just try living with the gap – do you strongly recommend against this, and why?,
