Q. Do you happen to know if dental insurance is of a no use when it comes to dental implants or is it not relevant for this particular condition, Dr Moore?,
A. Most insurance companies don’t cover implants but check the policy

Q. does dental insurance help with any of the costs of dr glover. what factors would affect this if you please?
A. Hi thanks for your question.

The answer really depends on the insurance policy and any terms and conditions that go with it. 

In general dental insurance does not cover dental implants, but may cover the cost of the crown.

Some insurance products will cover dental implants if a tooth is lost through trauma such as an accident.  However sporing injuries are generally not covered unless you’re wearing an appropriately made and constructed mouthguard.

The key is to carefully read any policy wording.

Q. Would you happen to know if there is any kind of dental insurance that will the ocver the cost of dental treatment like implants? I need one single dental implant and then a tooth attached, if that makes any difference to the insurance.
A. There isn’t many insurance companies that cover implants due to the cost but you could try Norwich Union (Avviva)

Q. What does the bone grafting procedure involve?
A. hi many thanks for your email, a bone graft procedure is where bone is taken from one site in the body either somewhere in the mouth ie the chin and placed into the area where bone is needed to then place a dental implant.

sometimes artificial bone can also be used which come from either human origin or pigs and cows.
