Is it possible to get implants and dentures on the same day?

December 23rd, 2010
Q.
Do you know Dr Moore if it is at all possible to have implants and dentures fitted on the same day. It is for my upper mouth that I am asking and I think I would possibly need a partial denture if this does in fact work with implants. I am issing four teeth scattered closely together due to an accident. I look forward to your response.

Can implant be used to replace baby tooth?

December 19th, 2010
Q.
Hello Im 30 years old and i still have a baby lower tooth without a permanent tooth underneath it. Its recently becoming loose and starting to bleed alot and i think its getting ready to fall out. Its the first more double sized tooth if you know what i mean and i was wondering if an implant would be a good solution and more importnatly how much this would roughly cost? If this is too expensive what other options would be available to me other than to just leave a gap? Many thanks

Are dentures a suitable alternative to implants?

December 19th, 2010
Q.
Are dentures a suitable alternative to the implant treatment. What would advise a patient who has three teeth missing that are not together and who is not all that up on the money on the present time. I think I can afford monthly rates if you know if your or any other practices offer help for this?

Should I just stick with dentures?

December 15th, 2010
Q.
Dear Dr Fahey, I am in the process of getting dental implant surgery. I was advised after the CT scan by my dentist that I am unable to get implants on the top as I do not have enough bone, however it is possible to do some implants on the bottom. My question is that if the bone is kept intact on the bottom through implants what will happen to the top? My dentist advised me that the bone shrinkage would be montitored but I do not want to have to get a bone graft. Would the bottom teeth end up sticking out more than the top? Would it be more beneficial to just keep dentures? Many thanks for your help.
