What are my options other than one tooth denture?

I am 61 and have just lost my last milk tooth from my upper gum. I had a ‘false front’ on it to cover discolouration (the second tooth lies horizontal in my gum and concern it would be moved if the milk tooth was extracted). What are my options rather than have one tooth denture which my new young dentist has recommended? My retired dentist had suggested a crown on the teeth on either side forming a bridge if ever it was necessary. I’ve been told an implant is £1800 and not feasible.,

I am unable to wear a denture but could I get an implant?

I am unable to wear a denture and have only two top teeth (the front ones) and a root of a tooth (next to the top front tooth) . I am finding it difficult to eat and wonder if it would be possible to have an implant in the root of my tooth and if so what would be the cost?,

Can you tell me how much denture stabilisation would cost?

Hi, I have lost most of my teeth because of receeding gums and now have full denture top and partial denture lower jaw, I have very little gum to hold the denture in and am considering denture stabilisation as this is affecting my speech (I am a teacher) and wondered if you could give some idea of the costs of this. I have looked at full dental implants but this is way beyond my capabilities financially. I look forward to your reply. Many tahnks,

Would I no longer need to use fixatives and take my dentures out at night if I get implants?
