I need three dental implants but can you tell me if it would be cheaper to get implants all done on the same day even though I am getting quite a lot or whether it would be better to space the treatment out?,

Dentist told me I am not a candidate for implants. Any advice?

Hi, I recently visited my new dentist and he has told me that, due to smoking (quit 12 months ago)and using nicotine gum I will not be a good candidate for implants. I think that I would need bone grafts too but he says that because of my history of smoking my chance of failure is so high that he will not even talk about it. All he has told me is that he will GUARANTEE that I will lose a few more teeth in the near future! HELP!!!,

Scared to get implants as sounds like severe treatment but is it?

I am only in my early twenties and all my teeth are crumbling away on me. I really don’t know what is happening to them. I have not been to the dentist for a few years so I guess this could be some reason for it but I am generally scared about getting this kind of treatment. My teeth would need to be removed and then implants put in. This sounds like severe treatment to me Dr Bohara, but if you can shed any light on it then I would be very grateful. Sincerely.,

Can I get an implant and what would be the average cost?

Following and abscess, on a filled lower molar, I was referred to Carisbrooke, in Leciester, for root canal treatment. I attended the consultation last night and when the filling was removed it revealed that the tooth was completely split from front to back and so root canal is not a possibility. The teeth either side are healthy and unfilled and so I would not be happy with a bridge. I also do not wat a false tooth and so other than extraction, the only other option is an implant. Assuming I have sufficient bone in the jaw to tap in the titanium ‘peg’, what would be the approximate price for the implant? I currently have a temporary filling and so want to act quickly. Would an implant be able to replace baby tooth?

One of my teeth is a baby tooth that has never fully erupted. My dentist tells me there is no tooth waiting to come through beneath it and I am worried that it will fall out soon and I will look evern more stupid without it than I do with it. Can implants help me with this annoying baby tooth problem?

How many implants are needed to support a denture?
