Is it necessary to have gum treatment before getting implants?

I am in my 50s and even though i take good care of my teeth and don’t drink things like red wine one tooth is on its way out and this has been confirmed by my dentist. she has recommended an implant to me and she said the gums may need some work but cna you advise on whether this treatment is right and any other advice would be helpful.

What are the main options to replace missing teeth?

I have had a bridge for some time now and my dentist has said it will need replacing soon. he mentioned dentures with implants but am still not in favour of dentures but the implants do seem like a good way to get a good structure going. are there any alternatives to dentures to have with implants?

Will sinus lift worsen sensitive sinuses?

Hi there I have been told that I will need sinus lifts to accommodate implants in what would be an almost total reconstruction of my upper jaw, but I have extremely sensitive sinuses and suffer almost daily – the ear nose and throat being my weak areas. What kind of finance help is available for implants?

Can you tell me what kind of fanance there is offered by clinics for dental implants? I have been without a single teeth for a year now after my tooth was reemoved becuase there was an infection. they even had to cut into my gums to get the tooth removed./ at the time i was expected to get a crown but have been unable to due to money and there is still a horrible gap where my tooth should be. It has healed quite a bit since then and I am not sure if I can even get an implant anymore. What would you say about my case??

What should I do as dental crown keeps falling out?

Hello Dr Bohara, I am writing to you today as I haev a dental crown and have had so for a few years. The problem is that it has fallen otu twice and I have had to get it put back in. Hey presto it has happened again. What should I do? Should I pay to get it put back in again or just go for something else? More to the point why does this keep happening?
