Can I replace blackened teeth with implants on NHS?

My teeth are in a bad condition. They are all turning a nasty black colur and it makes me not want to smile one bit as it is the first thing people will notice about me. Do you know if I would be able to get dental implant for them on the NHS. I am sick and tired of putting up with them.

Are implants held by cement on posts?

Hi My question is about implants. Are implants held by cement on the posts. I am told that they come off by themselves in a year or months. Is there no technique available that allows a mechanical fastening? Your detailed reply would be highly appreciated. Regards

When does dental implant pain stop?
