What are the chances of getting an infection in the implant procedure?

What preacutions should I be taking if i am to undergo this treatment? what should i look for in the dentist? what standards should they have in place and sterlisation procedures? Is it possible to have a general anaesthetic when being operated on?

Hi, I know its not normally done, but i have had general anaesthetic and know plenty about the risks involve, i know i need quite a bit of work done to my teeth but i have had the local anaesthetic before and when the dentist used the drill i couldnt take it. is it possible to have work under GA and if so what are the costs like?,

My Dentist has offered me implants at a reduced rate whilst he is training, is this safe?

Hi- I notice that you are involved in the training of Implant Dentistry. My dentist is training at the moment and has offered me a 50% reduction on normal prices if I agree to allow him to implant a tooth as part of his training- would I be taking a risk if i agreed? the price would be £1700 and would include Swiss implant and also the use of bone regeneration material,

Am I suitable for dental implants?

At the moment my front six upper teeth consist of a three-tooth bridge (which is 23yrs old) and three teeth on a partial denture, which also contains three other teeth which are missing from the back of my mouth, two on one side, one on the other.(I have had the denture for three years, after the three tooth bridge I had to match the present bridge sheared off and couldn’t be replaced.) I have recently inherited some money, and would like to have all those nine teeth replaced by implants. Is this possible?,
