I have a metal plate which I have had since 12 years old, but would implants be a better option?

Dear Dr Moore Thanks for the opportunity. I have had initial consultation and have some questions but first, background – I am 58 and had my 2 front teeth removed after an accident at 12 yrs old. I have a metal plate.I need a bone graft. I am a non-smoker and healthy. I am concerned at the risk of failure either in bone grafting or in eventual appearance. I am not unhappy with my plate but am told I will feel so much better with implants.Cost £6k incl CT Scan. I know it\’s my decision but would welcome your views. Thank you. ,

What countries in Europe have experience with Astra implants?

Would it be possible to replace impacted canine with implants?

Hi this is a question concerning my 22yr old son. As a teenager he had braces for impacted canines. 1 came down and after along time he got his braces removed. Despite there being a big gap the other one didnt emerge until recently where the tip is placed just behind the 2nd tooth. He is insistent that he doesnt want braces. As the tooth tip is now broken through the gum, would extraction and a implant be an option for him?.,

Would I be able to government grant for implants to replace my crowns?

Ihad a gov,grant for crowns many years ago as my bite wore my teeth to stumps. they have nor started to snap leaving the roots in the gums. I just add another to my plate . but i have only 3 left on the bottom and 5 on the top. I have taken care of my teeth but have been unlucky. I would like implants but cant affor the £13,000 quoted by my dentist. Would I be able to go before the board for another grant if I paid some of the money. Would I be able to wear my denture while implants settles, or would immediate loading be an option?

I recently had my UL2 removed, I have decided an implant is probably the way forward, what would be an advisable time before having the implant? & would I still be able to wear my current denture while the implant settles, or would immediate loading be an option for a tooth that doesnt do that much? I am 50 years old non smoker in good health. Thank you.,
