Q. i have three front teeth on my top jaw, and no teeth in my top rear jaw except roots which requir removing, i would like to keep the remaining to front teeth, and have an implant and a bridge fitter, with a rear plate, would this be possibleI am 57 years of age, and i know, that I am rather old for this, could you please advise,
