Hello Dr Bohara, This ia a question that follows on from one I asked earlier on about “bad experience with a bone graft….” You replied that it is important to select a surgeon who is experienced enough with the procedure to place dental implants. I live near Chelmsford in Essex and would like to go to the most experienced in this area, but how can I find out this information? Thank you for your time and I hope you can provide some assistance.,
A. Hello and thank you for your enquiry. First. ask friends or colleagues who have had the procedure Second. research on the internet and look at past cases of the surgeon and what postgraduate qualifications he/she has. This should be available on there website. Third. at my practice new patients sometimes ask to speak to patients who had the procedure(of course with there consent). I hope this helps and good luck!
