But would you tell me if I have constante pain since the specialist and the dentist worked out in my implant two and a half years ago and still have pain how painful and costly is the surgery you mention if it is needed?, if I have some kind of infection on the bone?, thanks,
A. I’m sorry the question does not come up my end again so i’m not sure what we talked about. If you need a loose implant removing the cost is only a few hundred pounds, its the remedial work to replace the implant that can be expensive, e.g a bone graft can cost £1200 and implant from £1100.
