Q. Hi, i\’ve had a bone graft doe to make my upper mouth stronger for the implant and i\’m going to have the implant soon, it\’s just a single tooth one. how will the procedure be since i\’ve only recently had the bone graft? i\’m a bit worried it\’ll hurt for a long time, thanks for your time.,
A. Thanks for your question. It will depend what kind of bone graft you have had done, but normally the implant placement procedure is quite straightforward. It is another surgical procedure so you should expect to have some discomfort and swelling but this can vary from patient to patient.
