I am getting implants after an infection, could the implants become infected?

Q. 1) I am considering implants because of infection in root canala of nos 5 & 6 upper left molars. After extraction, is there a risk of the implants becoming infected from the original infection? 2) If one implant holds two teeth, will there be bone loss because of less chewing pressure on that bit of jaw? 3) I had a panoramic X-ray in January 2011, should I bring it to a first consultation?,
A. Once the tooth is removed the infection should clear up without complication I personally don’t use one implant for 2 molars-too much pressure on one implant Yes bring he X-ray it will always help Regards. Andrew
