I am unable to wear a denture but could I get an implant?

Q. I am unable to wear a denture and have only two top teeth (the front ones) and a root of a tooth (next to the top front tooth) . I am finding it difficult to eat and wonder if it would be possible to have an implant in the root of my tooth and if so what would be the cost?,
A. Many thanks for your enquiry, a single implant i do not feel would help your situation. if you can wear a denture then it may be an option to think about having a minimum of four dental implants placed and having fixed bridge work in the upper jaw. this however would require elective extractions of the remaining teeth to facilitate the full span bridge work. the cost of such a treatment would range from £10000 – £15000. hope this is helpful.
