Q. Hello, i have 8 teeth that are badly chip/ basically missing.. I was wondering what the cos and proceadure would be if i decided to go through the implant option.. I have a severe phobia of the dentist and feel this is the reason for my oral hygeine as i have not had a check up in about 8 years.. Any information would be much appreciated.. Kind regards

A. If you’re dental phobic you should spend longer cleaning your teeth and maintain a sugar free diet to get things started off in the right direction. if your oral hygiene improves then maybe you will be a suitable candidate for implants or crowns perhaps with sedation to help you through the longer appointments
