I have been recommended dentue implants by one dentist and ceramic implants by another. What is the correct diagnosis?

Q. I am a woman nearing my 50s with gum problems. they are receding although I have never smoked in my life and feel that I maintain a good level of oral hygiene. I would say that three of my four front lower teeth are in need of replacing, but the problems has arisen that I getting difference versions of how to treat this from different dentists I have visited. One says dentures after implants would be best while the other says ceramic implants could get the job done. Can you give me some help on this matter? I would greatly appreciate it if you could.,
A. Firstly may i say there is no one answer. Each treatment method has its own risks and benefits. Each treatment method has its own merits. if no more teeth than four need replacing i feel convetional implants would be ideal and provide an exceelnt long erm result if we have more teeth involve i still prefer fixed teeth but if costs is an issue we can stabilise a denture with dental implants we offer a free consultation at www.sonidentalimplants.co.uk please contact us for this assessment dr soni
