Q. Hi I had my lower molar tooth extracted and it is empty. Can I just leave it empty or are their long-term issues that I need to be aware of? I have no problem eating and chewing. Thanks,
A. The surrounding teeth will drift and the tooth above drop so ideally put a tooth in the gap
