Q. Hi i am looking for a single implant for a front tooth which was knocked out just over a year ago now. Where abouts is the best place to find an experienced dentist to perorm this procedure or can you recommend anybody in particular in the north east of England? How common is it for patients to experience pain in their gums once the implant has been completed?,
A. ask your local dentist who they use, pain is usually fairly minimal
