Q. Is dental implant a treatment you can get at your normal dentist or is required to go to some kind of specialist? I don’t think my dentist offers this treatment, which is why I ask.
A. hi many thanks for your email, there are many general dentists that do offer dental implant treatment however my advice would be to seek the treatment from either a general dentist that places alot of implants so had a vast amount of experiance or seek a specialist to do the treatment. the only draw back with a specialist doing the treatment is it may increase the cost of the overal treatment however generally there experance level is high.
