Q. hi i recently had an assesment for implants for all my teeth i am 43 suffer from periodental disease quite badly i have worn a partial denture in top for about 6 years i was told i can have implants in the bottom no problem but i will need a full sinus bone graft in top i was quoted anywhere between 25,000 to 40,000 just for the bone graft and top implants is this reasonable or should i get a second opinion
A. This seems about right for a full arch bridge held with 8 implants especially if you need grafting. At my clinic in Essex we charge around £18-20,000 for this type of treatment let me know if you’d like me to take a look regards andrew
