Is replacing of gold bat from lower implant denture necessary?
Q. Hello Dr Fahey, My dentist wants to remove the gold bar from my lowere implant supported denture and replace with a more up-to-date stud type of support. I have on ly 2 implants in the lower jaw and wonder if my denture will feel secure enough with this new method. Also can you tell me if it is alright to sleep wearing implant supported dentures.
A. i do not really see the benefit if youy already have the bar in place.
