Q. i have had dental implants done and twice a tooth has come out while eating fruit gums.i went to see the surgeon who did the implants and he tried to take the tooth out ( i had pushed it back in ) and couldnt .so took an exray which cost me £50 ,since then the same tooth came out again .do you have any advise ?,
A. Stop eating fruit gums might be a good start. The cement isn’t strong when pulled apart with sweets etc. If it keeps happening you might need the crown sticking in with a stronger cement
