Can I have dental implants even though I’m suffering from gingivitis?

Hello. I have bad gingivitis and have been told that my teeth are likely to fall out or they may have to be extracted, if this is the case can i have dental implants straight away? just after the dentist has extracted them? I don\’t want to be walking around with no teeth!,

Do you offer zygomatic implants?

Dear Dr Moore, My wife has been advised that zygoma implants for the upper teeth are advisable owing to progrssive bone loss in the jaw. She matains rigorous gum hygiene but most of her teeth are also replaced by bridgework which are being undermined because of the bone loss. We would like to know if you do offer zygoma implants and if so, some idea of the cost of treatment. We work in Spain but would expect to come over for treatment. Why is it necessary for me to have a bone graft?

My dentist has informed that I am going to need to have a bone graft before I can even get implants. The idea of implants seemed bad enough but now this is worrying me even more. Why would it be necessary for me to have this? Is there no other option?,

Can you advise me about overdentures?

Hi, I have been advised by dentists in budapets that after having my remaining eight front teeth removed(du e to gum disease) I can have 6 implants, but for esthetic reasons they have advised me to have an overdenture as there is too much gum exposed for me to have a bridge. I am a bit concerned about an overdenture. Can you advise please.,
