Should my bone structure be worse if a tooth that should’ve been there isn’t?

Hi, I\’m missing my second pre molar due to it not growing through when my last baby tooth came out when i was 21. I am 2 months in to braces and I\’m curious as to how long I should wait before I look into consultations? I am aware my teeth will need to be in their fixed positions before treatment can go ahead. I\’m also curious as to whether bone structure is generally worse or better for not having an adult tooth there in the first place? My first molar next to my missing tooth was removed a few years ago, but my second molar is going to be moved into it\’s place. Could this movement help with the bone stucture?,

Able to have implant during ortho treatment?

I am due to have damon braces fitted early in January. However a tooth that has historically been a problem (is a root filled crown premolar)is now very loose and I guess likely to be on its last legs. An implant has been mentioned before but the addditional cost has been a major con. Is it possible to have an implant during ortho treatment or would I need to sort out the errant tooth first? Can I get braces after dental implants?

I have a gap in my mouth where there is a tooth missing. I want to get a dental implant but also really want to get braces. If I was to get the implant would I then be able to get braces to straighten my other teeth? If so, would I need to inform my dentist from the beginning that is what I wanted to do?
