Can I get a free consultation for an implant?

I have had my right front tooth removed and have been wearing a tooth on a plate. I hate this. I would like to know the costs involved and how long this will take. I live in Nottingham so would need to travel for a consultation. Please advise if this consultation would be free or if there is costs involved in this.,

Is it normal for the area where I got implants to still be bleeding and painful?

I had implants placed with crowns to replace my older crowns which were on there now. But I am concerned because I am in quite a ot of pain and there is bleeding from the lcoation where the implants were placed. This doesn’t seem right, I would value your opinion.,

I do not know who to approach and who to trust. I am sick and tired of ugly crowns that are causing me problems. Am I a candidate for implants?

hi, Ive had 4top fron crowns since i was 16, im now 46. Over the years Ihave lost the crowns on numerous occassion, the final straw been 2yrs ago my tooth broke when i was pregnant so i had to have a temporary denture for 8mths!!! following that my dentist made me a 2crown bridge which is secured by the adjoing crown, hence it has no support and is constanly falling out. My dentist now recommends me to get a bridge of 3 which would entail me losing one of my good teeth at the side. Would i be a canditate for implants, im so tired of these croens and they look so ugly also. My remaining teeth are fine they just need whitening. Could I come and see you for a consulation? How much do you think the treatment would be. I have watched many make over shows and the biggest difference that I have found in when the teeth have been corrected. I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks.,

Can my teeth be replaced with implants in a ‘one sitting’ visit?

Dear Dr Solanki, I am looking at the possibility of having to replace my two front teeth (maxillary central incisors?) with implants (due to an accident the teeth were damaged). I am concerned about the process in a cosmetic sense as from what i understand the process can take 3-6 months. Are you \’without\’ teeth during this period or can a temporary bridge or crowns be fitted in the interim? Can these teeth be replaced with implants in a \’one sitting\’ visit?
