Hi just a quick question. How long (on average) would it take me to have a dental implant placed? i have one very damaged front tooth that has to be removed and i really don\’t want to be waiting weeks on end for a dental implant for obvious reasons. Thanks for your time.,

If I have an implant now without an orthodontic consultation will it cause problems for braces I may require in the future?

Would my daughter have to have her teeth removed and then have dental implants?

Hello Dr Glover. I am writing on behalf of my 18 year old daughter who has baby teeth still for two of her teeth. They are receding back into the gum and the dentist has suggested getting them removed. Would you say this is necessary or can they stay there. Also, seen as this is an implant website could you tell me if implants would be a good option if she does have teeth removed?,

My dentist told me that I am going to need implants. This came out of the blue for me and I was not expecting it at all. Why had he not noticed that there was a problem in the first place on our previous check-ups is what I would like to know. Dentist told me I am not a candidate for implants. Any advice?

Hi, I recently visited my new dentist and he has told me that, due to smoking (quit 12 months ago)and using nicotine gum I will not be a good candidate for implants. I think that I would need bone grafts too but he says that because of my history of smoking my chance of failure is so high that he will not even talk about it. All he has told me is that he will GUARANTEE that I will lose a few more teeth in the near future! HELP!!!,
