hi i am a long suffering denture wearer and am very interested in what dental implants can offer me. I have a complete denture, which has been bothering me for years, do you think it would be a good idea for me to replace all of my teeth with implants? and would these be individual implants or something else. and one last question what is the generally cost of a procedure like that? thanks,

Hello Dr Andrew Moore, In your professional opinion who is the best and most reliable manafacturer of dental implants in the current market? I have been making enquiries about this kind of thing and the price difference is very different depending on the manafacturer from what I have found. as a result am I to assume that the better the manafacturer the higher the price? thank you for your time.,

What should I expect to pay for single tooth implant for my UR4 tooth?

My upper right 4 was removed today. Options provided by my dentist are a single denture (which I do not want) or using UR3 and UR6 as the support for bridging across UR4&5. Cost estimate for the latter on my plan is £1,600. What would I expect to pay for a single tooth dental implant for my UR4 (my dentist does not provide this service)?,

Is the cost of instant implants less than the regular type?

Dr Moore, I will need 2 (11 upper) implants and if cost permits I may also replace another missing tooth. I hear about instant implants a) Does this cost much more that the normal implant of a 3-5 month treatment? Thank you for your advise. Kind Regards
