Q.
I have an old type bridge that was fitted 25 years ago – the back tooth being crowned, with a metal bar running along the roof of my mouth to the front, where a “false” tooth is attached. This has worked perfectly well for me for 25 years but unfortunately today the front tooth has broken. What would be my best course of action – a dental implant or dentures! Remembering that the back tooth will also need to be re-crowned I presume! Could u please also advise approximate costs involved if possible. Many thanks,

When I was younger I had a root canal that went wrong and my front tooth has to be removed. The dentist did his best to save it but said it was too far gone and that tooth needed to be removed.
