Can I have a gingivectomy done by the NHS

I was advised that gingivectomy is the only option form me if I want to have a fillig on a front tooth done. could it be done under NHS please? Thank you for your help,

my teeth are good size and perfect however i have a gummy smile that really bothers me and everybody comments about, i would like to know where to go or who to contact in order to have a gingivectomy procedure under nhs. Thank you,
