Should I seek assistance immediately if the healing cap of my implant has come off?

I am in the process of having an implant to replace a missing molar. I am in Scotland for holiday. The healing cap came out on Christmas Eve. I have tried to find a dentist but most are closed until 4/5/ January. will it be Ok to wait until I return to London 4 January or how can I find a dentist in Berwick On Tweed to replace it now – I have the healing cap.,

Can I wear a denture following bone grafting whilst waiting for implants?

During the waiting period between bone grafting the upper jaw and placing the implants 3-12months, can I wear a denture over the bone graft, the same denture as I have now, will I be able to eat normally???,

Does age and medication rule a patient out from having implants?

would you consider my father in law for dental implants. he is 74, had a quite severe stroke 13 years ago, a few mini strokes since, and a couple of heart attacks. he is on blood thining tablets and other various medication. he is quite adamant that he wants this treatment. my worries is his health. I need to be forwarned before i take him to his dentist to be considered for the treatment ,
