One of my teeth is a baby tooth that has never fully erupted. My dentist tells me there is no tooth waiting to come through beneath it and I am worried that it will fall out soon and I will look evern more stupid without it than I do with it. Would it be possible to recreate bridge with one or more implants?

I used to have a four tooth bridge (front right 1-4)to fill spaces for missing lateral incisor and canine, but 3 years ago I lost the supporting molar and hence the bridge because of a recurring root infection in the supporting molar.Would it now be possible to recreate this bridge with one or more implants and would it require bone grafts and a sinus lift? I am 63 years old.
