I’d like dental implants that feel like real teeth, how much would this cost?

Hi, I\’m looking at getting dental implant\’s on my front 2 teeth I have a crown on one with a bridge on it filling the gap of the other. I was hoping to get implant\’s that not only look like real teeth but feel like them aswell from inside my mouth. What differant option\’s are there me and what would be an estimated cost of this. Why is it necessary for me to have a bone graft?

My dentist has informed that I am going to need to have a bone graft before I can even get implants. The idea of implants seemed bad enough but now this is worrying me even more. Why would it be necessary for me to have this? Is there no other option?,

Should I bother having the dental implant?

I am scheduled to have a single implant next week. I am still feeling unsure. Following breast cancer surgery I need to take Bonviva but have to delay this until all dental work has been done. This has already caused significant delay. I am still not sure I should bother with the implant which is in my back upper jaw. i would value your opinion.,

Should my bone structure be worse if a tooth that should’ve been there isn’t?

Hi, I\’m missing my second pre molar due to it not growing through when my last baby tooth came out when i was 21. I am 2 months in to braces and I\’m curious as to how long I should wait before I look into consultations? I am aware my teeth will need to be in their fixed positions before treatment can go ahead. I\’m also curious as to whether bone structure is generally worse or better for not having an adult tooth there in the first place? My first molar next to my missing tooth was removed a few years ago, but my second molar is going to be moved into it\’s place. Could this movement help with the bone stucture?,
