The price of getting dental implants for my missing teeth is too high. Can you advise?

Q.
Dear Dr Fahey, i have all top teeth missing and I must say that I am extremely embarrased about this situation. I went to see my dentist about getting implants but they wanted me to have brdige implants costing 11k which i thought wasnt too different from wearing a denture because you still have this in your mouth. I was after the type of implant that goes into your gum and there is no plate or anything but the price shot away up to 18k after I told them that this was what I wanted for my teeth. Can you advice me of what i can do please. many thanks
A.
The treatment costs will vary depending on who and where the treatment is being done, but also of importance in the cost is the complexity of the treatment and the skill of the technician. I would suggest you see a couple of people for consultations before embarking on treatment to rehabilitate you missing upper teeth.
