Q. Could you please give me an honest opinion of what the advantages are of dental implants over other treatment like bridges and crowns, if I am correct in thinking these are treatments for similar teeth problems?

Each case is different. The advantages of implants are that they are fixed teeth and you do not have to cut adjacent teeth as you would have to when doing bridges.
