Q. I had to have a tooth removed because of decay, but am now at a loss whether to go for an implant of a bridge? My other teeth are in good condition so there is no problem there. I want something that is going to last quite some time, if one is more inclined to this?
A. Hi, many thanks for your email. If the teeth surrounding the extraction site are in good condition my advice is to have a dental implant as this is the most conservative option and also the longest lasting option. Hope this is helpful.
