My husband had an accident and lost his single tooth 20 years back. 15 years back he had a dental implant with a screw. Now it’s been spoiled. He had an habbit of smoking and drinking. Which method do you suggest.
whcih method is suggestable for single teeth implant? screw form of implant or drafting directly into the bone. what are the advantages and disadvantages in these both methods, will the bone deteriarate over time considering the smoke, drink and previous implant? What are the new techniques in single teeth implementation. Please advise single tooth implantation.

Hi thanks for your enquiry, a single tooth implant should be a screw type implant with an internal connection. The detail of the make and type will depend on the bone available, the first step is to scan the bone to find out whether bone grafting will be needed or not
