Would implants or veneers be best for my case of 3 missing and other overcrowded teeth?

Q. I have 3 missing teeth and am having a lot of trouble with some of the nerves on my teeth so am tearing my hair out and thinking of getting them all pulled out and some implants put in (I also have some crooked and misaligned teeth, especially on the bottom row as I have a lot of overcrowded teeth there) so would it be best to get implants or just veneers over my teeth? The cost is not a problem, i\’d just like to know which would be best, as I really dislike my teeth,
A. If you\’re in pain the veneers won\’t help, veneers are good when the teeth only have slight crowding otherwise you\’ll need some orthodontics to move the teeth into position first, before the veneers are placed. Implants should be used when the prognosis of the teeth is hopeless and they need removing. Call my clinic in Essex if you\’d like a proper consultation for all the options.
