Q. I would really like to get dental implants but just don’t have available funds at the moment. Are there any good alternatives to this treatment that are well founded in their own respect and will last for a good amount of time?
A. No, not really. Unfortunately only dental implants do what dental implants do i.e offer a direct replacement of a tooth for an implant. There are of course other treatments availible that your dentist will be happy to discuss with you.
