Q. can an implant hold more than one crown or whatever? I have 3 missing teeth and heard bad things about bridges so i don\’t want one of those but i understand implants are expensive. can you advise me? cheers.,
A. Ideally an implant should not hold more that one tooth by itself. if you have 3 teeth missing then you would require two implants to hold a 3 unit bridge.
