It’s certainly a possibility that you may be suitable for implants even if you are already wearing a denture. It’s quite common for people to want to replace dentures with dental implants.
The main factor will be the amount of bone that is available for placing the implants, this will be assessed during consultations and treatment planning and is ususally done by taking an x-ray and possibly a CT-Scan.
The denture can be replaced with fixed bridgework supported on implants or you may wish to explore an implant retained denture which can give loose dentures more stability.
