Q. Hello Dr Fahey, Can you advise on my current situation. Is it possible to have the all on 4 system in order to replace eight teeth on both the upper and lower jaw with a bridge rather then getting a denture. Then in a few years time to begin the more complex bone grafting/implants for the sinus area? I love the immediate function of all on 4 but do have doubts on the long term if all teeth are places just on 4 implants. I would appreciate your feedback on this situation if you have the time please.,
A. Hello and regards for sending in your question. The All on four system can be converted at a later stage in reply to your question. Still I am not sure if you will want to do though in the future if it turns out that it is working well. All on four works great in the lower jaw, but i am not so sure if I would go with all on four in the upper with immediate loading. Hope that is of assistance.
