Can I have my implants replaced without the need for such invasive surgery?

Q. I had implants fitted about 4 years ago and much as I love the fact that they are perminent, they look horrible. I get embarrassed by them, I do not have my photo taken any more because I burst into tears. They lookd far too big and they are a completely different shape to my real teeth, is there any way i could have them replaced without having such invasive surgery,
A. I would have to take a look to advise. Depending on the position of the implants we may be able to replace the crowns onlys. Have you discussed your concerns with the surgeon who placed the implants as he may may change them for you. I am happy to take a look please feel free to contact the clinic.
