Q. My implant has come out, but I assume the screw is still in the jaw. I had this done 3 years ago, and it should have lasted longer. Can I have the top replaced, or do I have to have the whole procedure done again?,
A. You should be able to have the top part replaced if the implant is sound, you might also be able to have the crown refitted if you still have it?
