Can I pay monthly for dental treatment to remove and replace teeth?

Can you help me please. My teeth are really bad but I’m only twenty-seven years old. My dad died when I was sixteen and I neglected everything including my teeth health. I’m embarrassed to smile or meet new people because of the way my smile looks. I have a son and he he has a beautiful smile and I don’t want him to be embarrassed of me when he’s older, which I feel he will be. Ideally I would like the teeth being removed and new ones being put in I just wanted to know if I got that done can you pay monthly for it at a dental practice ,really need your help, thanks yours sincerely
Hello and thank you for choosing to ask your question. I am sorry to hear of your current troubling situation. But there are many clinics that offer payment plans, or have you tried the NHS? I no longer work in the NHS system I am afraid, but when I did there was a max amount you have to pay.
