Can you suggest an alternative to dentures?

Q. Hi, I have a lot of decay and several roots which need to be removed. I have 3 crowns on the top which are at the front and I really like. However one of my front teeth snapped and a dentist temporarily built it up using filling material. I am quite phobic and so I have not been back and it is now discoloured. I am sure that the decay has caused a lot of gum disease, but I really really cant bring myself to have dentures. I am 50,
A. If dentures aren’t an option then you might find implants would work well for you. You could have sedation if you’re anxious regarding treatment. Don’t leave it to long to get a consultation as you may lose the bone you need for the implants so arrange a visit ASAP
