I can’t afford dentures, would a bridge be a suitable alternative?

Q.
If I think dentures are too much for an old person but I can not afford implants would you say that a bridge is a suitable alternative? It is two of the teeth further back in my mouth that need removing and replacing.,

Can you help us understand the bridge implant procedure?

January 23rd, 2011
Q.
Please help.My son needs his front tooth due to an abcess.Hes having a maryland bridge fitted. Our dentist is doing the work but a specialist is doing the implant. We thought this would last 2-4 years then have the implant if the gap was packed or something? The bridge is costing about £500.Our dentist said last week my son should have the implant within 6 months. Also his gum is damaged and goes up,is there anything we could do,he was told it would cost thousands. All this is due to an assalt and its very upsetting for us both so could you please help us to understand this procedure..I go to see my dentist today when i could ask a few more questions.Thank-you,
