Is there any way I can receive an implant and crown on the same day?

I went to the dentist last week about my root canal check up and they said my tooth has to be removed. I\’m very upset about this because this tooth is visible when I smile. Is there ANY way that I can receive an implant and a new crown within the same day? I don\’t want to wait 6 months, my job involves communicating with people and a lot of smiling!,

Would you agree to do vampire fang implants?

I noticed that you work in the London area and my question is Would you agree to do vampire fang implants I don\’t want anything over the top but fangs with a natural edge that are slightly longer than normal cainine teeth. The problem is that my normal canine teeth are pretty much gone so I would have to have possibly the plate and screw . I am terrified of dentists as had a bad experience that left me traumatised and wonder if u offer sedation as well if you agree to do the procedure. Would implants or a bridge be best for bone loss and gap on left lower position 35 & 45?

I have bone loss and gap on left lower position 35 & 45.If The specialiat recommended bone graft but instead of implant would be better with bridge as this would be better to keep clean. I would have a gap with the implant and would see metal bits. Could you please advise.,

Is it normal that when I had my implant placed a chisel rather than drill was used?

Crown keeps falling out but dentist says this is because tooth was filed down too far (done at her practice). Please could you advise me?

Dear Dr Fahey I had a crown fitted roughly a year and a half ago, I am feeling upset because it has come out at least 18 times in that time and has never felt right. My dentist say\’s that the tooth has been filed down too far, which was filled too far down in her practice. I am desparate to get this sorted out, but all the dentist does is put it back until it comes out again. Please could you advise me. Thank you so much. Kind regards. ,

What treatment would you say is best for replacing tooth that crumbled away when braces were removed?

When I had my fixed braces taken out one of my teeth just crumbled away. it is to the side but can still be noticeable when I smile. I hate it, but figure it must have happened because I was not cleaning the area properly. There is still some of the tooth left. Would you say implants or another treatment is the best option?,
